4 weeks out comparison pics from last show to now!

So i was curious to see how much i have changed since this time around on my first comp. I would have thought to be the same, but i have improved not only with a bit more muscle, but the posing is better. Yes, i still have to work on it cause its still OFF. Freaking back pose is my arch enemy :P I like the cut of my new suit especially on the back. I think it flatters me better. Did i say that right? hehe. What do you think? I'm so ready to build up my shoulders for next year!

Sandra!!!! WOW!!!! You've change dramatically.... and you still have the magic 4 weeks to go!! I'd say pull the sides of your suit up higher that will flatter your booty better they say they should be at your belly button...then arch that back, start practicing now doing donkey kicks will help that cause the more arch in your back the higher you can lift that booty!!! Posing and stage presence are everything so work it girl!! You've been busting ass in the gym and it shows :)

Oh and on your pretty pose I think pull your front foot back a little and practice just being on your toes on that front foot that will lift your butt too and you want to see that back leg...Tara does this look at her pictures to see how she is standing...and on the back put your hands at your sides touching take a deep breath in lift your chest and allow your lats to spread which will cause your elbows to bend slightly then roll your shoulders back...this will keep your arms close to your sides, your lats will be spread and the tops of your shoulders will show...then arch that back big time and flex your legs...this will give your back side the best look! Try it...Sometimes I've got it and sometimes I don't practice tell you can do it in your sleep :) You are going to rock that stage I love the suit :)

I just saw one more thing...I wouldn't be such a perfectionist but I see first place here :)

Ummm on the pretty pose...I f'd this up big time even though I knew better and I knew I was doing it and all 4 times on stage I did it again and again...drives me mad...but anyhoo...you want a great big twist between hips and waist...you want to see that back shoulder so twist it forward a little more...it should be uncomfortable at first but with practice it will give you the look of a pro...remember posing and stage presence is everything...so practice confidence and a huge smile...like they are all there to see you...tough I know ...cause we both struggle with this but you can take 1st at this show and you've worked for 1st so don't sell yourself short on that stage...show me how it's done :)

I meant between the hips and the shoulders ( the twist is at the waist ) Oh and post me more pictures after you try these suggestions...I bet you will be amazed at the changes they make...and the cuts in the booty...they'll be there on show day if you stay super clean, cause you've got the booty :)

LOVE all the feedback i'm getting here :) THANK YOU! I'm going to take the advice/tips and roll with it ;) Going to post some new pictures trying these tips and post it here on my blogger. You would think all the lunges i do would be making my glutes nice and round and stuff, but not yet! Why do those take so long to develop?? GEEZ! Yeah, i do need to pull the suit up some for sure, but not killing my crotch :P HAHA!! I have tried the pretty pose that you suggested and it does look really good. I just haven't taken any pics of it. I seem to pose so awesome in the mirror, but i know there will be no mirror at the comp...STINK! That back pose is a biotch! I need another mirror in my bathroom so i know what the hell is going on back there. I have done the vids, but those really don't help too much cause i need to know exactly where i'm messsing it up and correct right there. Alright, thanks so much and be looking for the updated pics trying these out ;)
